The Vidify name, design, logo and curated content are the property of Vidify. You may not reproduce, redistribute or copy the service design, brand or curated database without written permission.

Prohibited Use

• You may not use Vidify for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or copy our occasions database.
• You may not use our wish messages for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Vidify is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on dates, holiday information or wish messages provided.

Third-Party Services

Vidify relies on external APIs (Calendarific, Aladhan, IP geolocation providers, Google AdSense). Their availability and accuracy are outside our control, and we are not responsible for any interruptions or errors caused by them.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Vidify after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
